Rules for Bid Submission
Bid proposals shall be submitted as specified in the Contract Documents, under sealed cover plainly marked as a proposal, and identifying the Project to which the proposal relates and the name of the Bidder submitting the proposal. Proposals which are not properly marked and identified may be disregarded.
Bid proposals must be submitted before the hour specified for receipt of bids. Bid proposals submitted at or after the hour specified for receipt of bids will be returned unopened.

Plans and specs are available at the District offices. Plans and specs are also available for copying and checkout at the following plan rooms:
