The District provides compliance assistance for businesses subject to federal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water regulations. Many business activities are further affected by prohibitions on non-storm water discharges to the storm drain system. Choose one of the following for basic information about the federal requirements, state permits, discharge prohibitions and exemptions, and compliance and pollution prevention assistance available from the District.
