Business Assistance

Clean Storm Water is Everybody’s Business

We urge your business to become a Partner for Clean Storm Water. By adopting a few simple pollution prevention practices, you will help preserve the quality of our water resources. In return for your participation, you will receive customer recognition materials and the District will publicize your participation in local newspapers. Find out more:

Compliance Assistance

The District provides compliance assistance for businesses subject to federal National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water regulations. Many business activities are further affected by prohibitions on non-storm water discharges to the storm drain system. Choose one of the following for basic information about the federal requirements, state permits, discharge prohibitions and exemptions, and compliance and pollution prevention assistance available from the District.
